Why? Because we are human! And that means that sometimes we give in to temptations and we indulge in a bit of dessert!
Yes, even if you have #prediabetes or #Type2diabetes, you are allowed to indulge from time to time… No one is perfect and there is no such thing as “perfect eating habits”.
The only thing that matters is that you do your best the majority of the time, AND that you know what to do the other times, when you do eat something sweet!
